Measuring Building Energy Performance
Energia Suite
Energia Suite is a quasi-steady-state simulation based assessment tool designed to calculate building projects’ energy performance by calculating energy consumption and the associated carbon footprint of new and existing developments. Its core functions include:
- Setting minimum requirements for the energy performance of new and existing buildings.
- Defining the energy demand of a building with reference to the simplified calculation of heat gains, loss, occupancy, controls and system efficiencies.
- Calculating the EPC and EPL from the calculated energy characteristic value on a certain level, divided by a standardized energy reference (Reference Value).

Measuring and Improving Water Efficiency
Liquido Suite
Liquido Suite is a web-based tool designed to calculate your project’s water performance using Water Performance Coefficients (WPCs). It provides a robust, evidence-based analysis that enables informed decision-making for achieving enhanced water efficiency, thereby helping to significantly reduce the environmental footprint of building projects through water conservation. This solution has been successfully applied across a diverse range of building and infrastructure projects, demonstrating its utility and reliability.
Mapping Energy Performance Across Building Types
Energy Maps
A digital visualization tool that models how different building types consume energy, helping policymakers shape smarter energy strategies, the Energy Maps project provides a CEN and ISO based calculation framework that expresses building performance through a single Energy Performance Coefficient benchmarked against national reference values. It integrates climate data, building physics, and system characteristics to generate consistent ratings for both design intent and real operation, and its outputs align within ten percent of full dynamic simulations such as IES VE and eQUEST.
Real-Time AI Optimization for Cement Production
Cemento AI
Cemento-AI is a physics-informed AI platform designed to optimize cement production in real time. By integrating plant data and advanced thermodynamic models, it predicts process parameters, clinker compositions, and product quality. Cemento-Ai is aimed at supporting operators in making informed decisions, enabling fuel or material switching, reducing downtime, and improving efficiency without the risks associated with traditional reactive controls.
