Mechanical Testing Lab

Our Mechanical Testing Lab (MTL) is a purpose-built lab designed for the preparation, curing and testing of compressive and flexural strength of samples as per ASTM or BS-EN standards.

The primary focus is cement and mortar samples, but other construction materials can and have been investigated as required. Additionally, the lab features a heavy-duty ball mill for any large-scale grinding needs, humidity chamber and large water bath.
